The Sazabi Prototype’s development was a culmination of Zeon-line MS technology, building upon the foundations of the AMS-120X Geara Doga Psycommu System Test Type, MSN-03 Jagd Doga, and AMS-123X Varguil. With a focus on creating a machine that could counter the Earth Federation Forces’ growing material resources, the Sazabi Prototype was designed to be a heavy mobile suit, one size larger than its predecessors.

The Sazabi Prototype’s cockpit is designed to accommodate two pilots, with a unique chest-mounted cockpit core diverted from an AMS-119 Geara Doga. The head of the mobile suit is borrowed from the Jagd Doga, adding to its distinctive design.

Piloted by Char Aznable, the Sazabi Prototype saw action during the Earth Cooling Operation, clashing with Jutta Qasim’s AMS-123X-X Moon Gundam at the Antarctic base.
