The Gundam Series Continues

In the midst of the One Year War, the Principality of Zeon and the Earth Federation engage in a fierce battle. This 3-episode CGI-animated OVA, released in 2006, is the second installment of the Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO series.

The Story Unfolds

The story takes place in Universal Century 0079, where the Principality of Zeon’s Jotunheim is commissioned to test various weapon prototypes against the Earth Federation. Oliver May, an engineering lieutenant, is tasked with reporting the outcome of these tests to determine which weapons should be mass-produced for Zeon’s upcoming war efforts. The prototypes include the MSM-07Di Ze’Gok, the MP-02A Oggo, and the MA-05Ad Big Rang.

Background and Development

Following the success of Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: The Hidden One Year War, Sunrise extended the series by three episodes, which aired from April 27 to August 25, 2006.

The opening theme, “Yume Wadachi” (Tracks of Dream), is performed by Taja.
