Rise and Fall of a Galactic Empire

Cosmo Babylonia: The Birthplace of a New Nation

In the vast expanse of space, a new nation emerged, born from the ashes of conflict and ambition. Cosmo Babylonia, once known as Frontier IV, was the first colony to fall victim to the Crossbone Vanguard’s aggression. But from this conquest, a new era dawned, as the Ronah family established a new aristocratic nation, dedicated to the principles of noblesse oblige.

A Nation Born of Conflict

The Crossbone Vanguard, led by the enigmatic Meitzer Ronah, seized control of the Frontier colonies, renaming them Cosmo Babylonia. This new nation soon formed an alliance with the Jupiter Fleet, leveraging the threat of an energy embargo to stave off Earth Federation interference. As the Ronah family consolidated their power, Cosmo Babylonia flourished, becoming a beacon of aristocratic ideals in a chaotic universe.

A House Divided

However, the seeds of discord were sown when Cecily Fairchild returned in U.C. 0125, denouncing Meitzer Ronah and sparking a civil war between the Ronahs and their supporters, and the pro-Federation faction. The infighting, combined with the Earth Federation’s demands for reparations, ultimately led to Cosmo Babylonia’s downfall in U.C. 0128. The Ronah family’s fortunes declined, and the Federation reclaimed the Frontier colonies.

Legacy of a Forgotten Nation

Today, Cosmo Babylonia remains a testament to the transience of power and the fleeting nature of human ambition. Though its legacy may be shrouded in obscurity, its impact on the Universal Century timeline cannot be overstated. As a nation born of conflict and shaped by the whims of its rulers, Cosmo Babylonia serves as a reminder of the complexities of human history.
