History
Before the war, Karen was a medical student, married to a field medic. Tragedy struck when her husband was killed in combat, prompting Karen to join the Earth Federation Forces to avenge his death. During the One Year War, she was assigned to the Kojima Battalion in Southeast Asia as a pilot in the 08th Mobile Suit Team.
