In the vast expanse of the Gundam metaseries, there exists a treasure trove of information waiting to be uncovered. Since its inception on January 9, 2005, by SOCL and TomStar81, Gundam has been dedicated to providing fans with a thorough and concise resource of information concerning all aspects of the Gundam universe.

The Birth of a Vision

The idea for Gundam was born out of the realization that traditional platforms couldn’t support the massive amounts of detailed information contained within the Gundam universe. This sparked a mission to create a comprehensive resource that would serve as a one-stop-shop for fans seeking knowledge on the fictional and scientific aspects of the series.

Reviving the Dream

On April 28, 2007, ValiantHeart was appointed as a sysop to breathe new life into the inactive community. Later, on May 1, 2007, he was promoted to bureaucrat, and has since worked tirelessly to revitalize the site. In 2008, Sealedsoul joined the team as a sysop and bureaucrat, working collectively with other users to restore activity to the wiki.

A New Era of Collaboration

On December 7, 2020, the Gundam Projects system was launched, allowing contributors to work together on focused editing projects. This innovative approach enables fans to collaborate on individual series they’re passionate about, rather than making sporadic, uncoordinated edits.
