In the world of After War Gundam X, the GT-9600-D Gundam Leopard Destroy is a behemoth of a mobile suit, piloted by the skilled Roybea Loy. This custom transformable heavy assault mobile suit is the result of Kid Salsamille’s ingenuity, who repaired and upgraded the heavily damaged GT-9600 Gundam Leopard.

Design and Features

The Gundam Leopard Destroy boasts an impressive array of features, including a sleek and menacing design, with a predominantly dark blue and gray color scheme. Its overall height stands at 16.8 meters, with an empty weight of 8.6 metric tons. Powered by an ultracompact fusion reactor, this mobile suit is capable of delivering devastating blows to its enemies.

Armaments

The Gundam Leopard Destroy is equipped with an arsenal of weapons, including:

• Twin Beam Cylinder: A pair of beam firearms that fold over both forearms when in use and are stored on the backpack when not in use.
• Breast Gatling: A pair of chest-mounted gatling guns inherited from Gundam Leopard.
• Hornet Missile: A pair of homing missiles stored within the knee armor.
• Head Beam Gun: A pair of small beam guns mounted in the head.
• Beam Cannon: A pair of beam cannons jointly mounted on the right shoulder.
• 11-Tube Missile Pod: A missile pod storing 11 missiles attached to the side of the left shoulder.
• Wrist Beam Gun: Five beam guns, consisting of one large-caliber gun and four small-caliber guns, jointly mounted on the right forearm.

The Gundam Leopard Destroy also features a Flash System, which allows it to combine with the aft section of the GS-9900 G-Falcon, granting it flight capability.

History

The Gundam Leopard Destroy made its debut during the raid on a Newtype Research Facility operated by the New United Nations Earth. It engaged multiple New UNE units before the facility was destroyed, and the Freeden left the area to conduct another operation. Later, the Gundam Leopard Destroy was briefly captured by the New UNE after the Freeden was destroyed, but was quickly recovered by the North American Resistance Force under the command of Carris Nautilus.

The Gundam Leopard Destroy has been featured in various battles, showcasing its impressive combat capabilities. Its debut battle saw it take on multiple New UNE units, and it has since been involved in numerous engagements, including defending the Freeden alongside Jenice Kai Ennil Custom.
