GT-9600 Gundam Leopard: The Heavy Assault Mobile Suit

The GT-9600 Gundam Leopard is a limited production heavy assault mobile suit developed by the United Nations Earth Forces. It is one of the first Gundam-type mobile suits produced by the UNE, and it boasts an impressive array of weaponry and advanced features.

Design and Features

The Gundam Leopard stands at an impressive 16.8 meters tall and weighs 8.5 metric tons. It is powered by an ultracompact fusion reactor and has a pilot-only cockpit located in the torso. The suit’s armor is made of durable Luna Titanium, providing excellent protection against enemy attacks.

The Gundam Leopard is equipped with a range of advanced features, including a Flash System that allows the pilot to control the FT-9600 GT-Bits, adding to the suit’s destructive power. It also has a set of rollers in its feet, allowing it to move at high speeds on land. For aquatic combat, the suit can be equipped with a S-1 Unit, which includes an underwater propulsion device, acoustic sensor, and multi-barreled torpedo launcher.

Armaments

The Gundam Leopard is heavily armed, with a range of weapons including:

  • Inner Arm Gatling: a large gatling gun stored on the backpack’s left side that covers the entire left arm when used.

  • Hornet Missile: a pair of homing missiles stored in the knee armor.
  • Shoulder Missile: 11 medium-sized missiles stored in the right shoulder.
