Desert Storm
The White Base, a symbol of hope for the Earth Federation, traverses the scorching Asian desert in search of a crucial messenger from General Revil. The crew’s spirits are lifted by Chef Tamura’s culinary skills, but their joy is short-lived as they soon discover that their salt supplies are running low.
A Mysterious Encounter
As the White Base approaches the rendezvous point, a jeep is detected heading towards them. Bright, Ryu, and Kai investigate, finding a wounded soldier who reveals that capturing the Odessa mines could be a game-changer in the war. The soldier’s words are cut short by his untimely demise, leaving the crew with more questions than answers.
A Detour for Salt
Fraw’s concern for Amuro’s well-being prompts her to bring him food, but their conversation is interrupted by the news that they’re out of salt. Bright decides to take a brief detour to a nearby salt lake, hoping to replenish their supplies. Unbeknownst to them, Ramba Ral and Hamon are lurking in the shadows, plotting their next move.
A Battle in the Desert
As the White Base searches for the elusive salt lake, Ramba Ral sets a trap for them. Sayla, determined to contact the Zeon, takes matters into her own hands and launches the Gundam despite Amuro’s protests. The G-forces prove too much for her, and she’s soon attacked by Ral’s Gouf. Amuro rushes to her aid in the Guncannon, but Sayla’s determination puts her in grave danger.
A Desperate Rescue
Ral’s cunning tactics leave Sayla’s Gundam crippled, and Amuro must think fast to rescue her. Meanwhile, Ramba Ral’s wingmen, Acous and Cozun, engage Amuro in a fierce battle. As the dust settles, the White Base emerges victorious, but not without scars.
