The Legendary Pilot: Seabook Arno

Seabook Arno, also known as Kincade Nau, is a renowned mobile suit pilot and the main protagonist of the film Mobile Suit Gundam F91. He later reappears as a key support character in the manga sequel Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam.

Early Life and Skills

Born on July 6, 0106 (U.C.), Seabook is an engineering student with exceptional mechanical skills. He demonstrates his natural talent as a mobile suit pilot, swiftly destroying three enemy mobile suits in his first engagement. His abilities are further enhanced by his Newtype powers, which emerge during the conflict.

Gundam F91

Seabook’s life takes a dramatic turn when his space colony, Frontier IV, is attacked by the Crossbone Vanguard. He flees with his sister and friends, eventually finding refuge aboard the Earth Federation Forces training ship Space Ark. Seabook is forced to defend the ship by piloting the prototype F91 Gundam F91, leveraging his natural talent and Newtype abilities to defeat numerous mobile suits.

Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam

Ten years after the events of Gundam F91, Seabook (now known as Kincade Nau) and his beloved Cecily Fairchild go underground to revive the Crossbone Vanguard. They reform the Vanguard as a resistance movement against the Jupiter Empire, led by Crux Dogatie. Kincade becomes a mentor to young pilot Tobia Arronax and pilots the XM-X1 Crossbone Gundam X-1. He forms an uneasy alliance with Zabine Chareux and fights the Jupiter Empire to prevent their invasion of Earth.

Later Life and Legacy

After the conflict, Seabook retires to a peaceful life on Earth, marrying Cecily and running a bakery with her. He passes on the mantle of the Crossbone to Tobia, who starts his own journey. In Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam: Ghost, Seabook continues to live peacefully with Cecily, taking in Belle as an apprentice in his bakery. He later helps Font Bow and Serpiente Tacon in their fight against the Zanscare Empire.

Throughout his journey, Seabook Arno has proven himself to be a skilled pilot, a natural leader, and a devoted family man. His legacy continues to inspire generations to come.
